WAEC Candidates:
SSSCE Holders Six (6) Passes (A-D) in all subjects, including English and Mathematics. For arears of specialization, three (3) of the Passes must be in relevant subjects
WASSCE Candidates:
WASSCE Holders Six (6) Passes (A1-D7) In all subjects, three of which should be credit Passes (C6) or better. It must be noted, however, that certain courses may require credit passes (C6) or better, in other relevant courses

General admission requirement
Student’s admission, progression and graduation
Students must meet the minimum requirements as determined by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana and may also satisfy an interview panel in order to be admitted into the institution. The following entry qualification as set out by the Ministry of Health applies.
WASSCE Candidate:
An aggregate score of thirty-six (36) or better comprising (A1-C6) in three core subjects i.e. English, Mathematics and Integrated science and in three (3) elective subjects (A1-C6) in any of the following programs itemized below:

An aggregate score of twenty-Four (24) or better comprising (A-D) in three core subjects i.e. English, Mathematics and Integrated science and in three (3) elective subjects (A-Ds) in any of the following programs itemized below: A combination of SSSCE and WASSCE results are not acceptable Accepted Subject Combinations
